As a psychotherapist, Janet provides her patients + clients a safe space to work through the unique challenges they are facing. Her style is engaging, warm, collaborative, curious, open, empathetic, direct, and empowering. By deeply investing in each and every person she chooses to work with, Janet is proud to provide a highly specialized approach to mental health care through her boutique psychotherapy practice.

After earning a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, Janet went on to pursue a second masters degree and graduated from Columbia University with a MFA in Poetry.
